There's a quiet tax in every operations-heavy business: PDFs that arrive in someone's inbox, get opened by hand, get retyped into a spreadsheet, then get filed in a Drive folder somebody named in 2021. It's nobody's job and it costs an hour a day. This watches the inbox or the folder, reads each document the moment it lands, pulls the fields you actually care about, files it where it belongs, and posts a one-line Slack note so you know it happened. Things Claude isn't confident about go in a needs-review folder instead of getting filed wrong.

What you get

• Trigger watches an email folder (forwarding address) or a Drive or Dropbox folder
• Claude reads each document (invoices, contracts, intake forms, receipts) and extracts the fields you define
• File routed to the correct folder by document type, with a consistent naming pattern

What's not included

• OCR'ing handwritten documents. We handle typed and scanned; handwriting accuracy isn't reliable enough to ship.
• Integrating into an accounting system (QuickBooks, Xero). That is an add-on, scoped in discovery.
• Building a database from scratch if you don't have one. Airtable or Sheets is included; custom DB is out of scope.
