1. The service

Less Work provides AI workflow consulting, automation builds, and ongoing operator engagements for founder-run and mid-sized businesses. Specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for paid work are captured in a separate written engagement letter or statement of work that controls over anything described loosely on this site.

2. Acceptable use

3. Audit and free content

The operational audit, articles, and other free content on this site are informational. They reflect general patterns we see in the work; they are not a guarantee of any particular outcome and are not a substitute for professional advice on your specific situation.

No warranty for audit results. Audit scores, profiles, and recommendations are provided "as is", without any warranty, express or implied. Decisions you make based on audit output are your own responsibility.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, design, code, images, and downloads) is owned by Less Work or its licensors. You may share links to public pages freely. Other reuse requires written permission.

For paid engagements, liability is governed by the engagement letter and is capped at the fees paid for the work in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Privacy and cookies

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar storage are described in the Cookie Policy.

The current sub-processor list is published at less-work.com/subprocessors and we will give active B2B clients at least 14 days notice before adding a new sub-processor.
