After the build is done and handed off, this is the quiet version of staying involved. Alerts come to us first. Small things get fixed before they become big things. If your business changes and a flow needs a tweak, two hours a month is built in. Once a month you get a short report on uptime and what ran. The rest of the time you don't think about it.

What you get

• Active monitoring on all Less Work-built systems with alerts going to us first
• Error response: most issues resolved within one business day
• Up to 2 hours per month of small things: tweaks, configuration changes, message edits
• Monthly health report: uptime, volume processed, anything trending wrong
• Slack access for questions (response within one business day)

What's not included

• New automation builds. Those become a Pilot or a connected build.
• More than 2 hours per month of changes. Overflow billed at $200 per hour or moved to Active Build.
• Vendor migrations (changing your CRM, EHR, etc.)

Clients with one to three Less Work systems in production who want to stop worrying about them without paying for new builds every month.
